| Cuba/ Not Cuba |
About a year ago, my friend Aindrea and I decided that we would go to Cuba once we graduated. Well, the time arrived and Aindrea got a full time job, so we had no time for Cuba. Instead, we went to Millbank. A country town that has a general store and a place to park the horse and buggy. Our friends live there, and we had fun visiting with them. It was a mini vacation, and we pretended that we were in Cuba for most of the time, even though the weather was not so co-operative. It became a joke that whenever we decided to do something, we would say "Oh well, we are in Cuba, so we should just do it." We went to St. Jacob's Farmer's Market. The sign below made me laugh (especially the part about it being on a stick.)

Looks like fun Hill! One day you will go to Cuba and pretend you are in Millbank when you are there. Ha. Did you get a pickle on a stick?
